About Us

Dcore Jewels is an online artificial jewellery brand. We sell fashion jewellery — earrings, necklaces, rings, bangles and bridal sets — to customers across India through this website. We are based in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

What we sell

Everything we sell is artificial (imitation) jewellery: plated fashion pieces made to look good and be worn often, at prices that make it easy to match a piece to an outfit. It is not gold, silver or any precious metal, it is not hallmarked, and it has no resale value. Where a listing names a colour such as "gold" or "rose gold", that describes the finish, not the metal.

Many of our pieces carry an anti-tarnish coating, and each product page describes the piece you are buying: its finish, size and care.

Where our jewellery comes from

We are open about this because you should know what you are paying for:

• Most of our range is sourced. We select designs from jewellery suppliers and wholesalers, check them, and sell them to you online under the Dcore Jewels name.
• Some designs are made for us. For part of our range we work with third-party manufacturers who produce pieces to designs and finishes we choose.

We do not run our own factory or workshop. What we do ourselves is choose the designs, check the quality of what we receive, photograph and list it, pack every order, and look after you after you buy.

How we work

• Online only. We sell through this website. We do not have a walk-in store.
• Delivery across India. Orders are packed by us and delivered by courier partners. Delivery times and charges are on our Shipping Policy page.
• Secure payments. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet through our payment partners, or choose Cash on Delivery where it is available. We never see or store your card details.
• Cancellations, returns and refunds. You can cancel an order before it ships and return a piece within 0 days of delivery. Full terms are on our Cancellation and Refunds page.

Our promise to you

• Honest listings. The photos and descriptions show the piece you will receive. Screens show colours slightly differently, and we say so rather than pretend otherwise.
• A person answers. Every email to our support address is read and answered by our team, usually within one working day.
• Clear policies. What we promise on delivery, returns and refunds is written down on this site, and it is what we do.
