We are a small team and we answer our own email. If something about your order is wrong, you will get a person — not a ticket number that goes quiet.
How to reach us
- Email — support@dcorejewels.in The fastest route and the one we check first. Best for anything involving an order, an address or a refund, because it leaves both of us a written record.

- Instagram — @dcorejewels DMs are read, but please do not send an address, a phone number or payment details there. Use email for anything that touches your order or your money.
Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. Closed on Sundays and national holidays.
We reply to every email within one working day. If you wrote late on a Saturday, expect us on Monday morning.
What to include so we can actually help
Put these in the first message and you will save yourself a round trip:
- Your order number — it looks like
DG-2026-000123and is in your confirmation email and on the order page in your account. - The email or phone number you ordered with.
- Photographs, if the piece arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. Please include one of the item and one of the outer packaging. We cannot assess a damage claim without them, and asking for them later is what turns a two-day resolution into a two-week one.

We ship within India only. We do not operate a walk-in store, so please do not send a piece back to any address until we have confirmed one in writing.

If a complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction through the address above, write to support@dcorejewels.in with "Grievance" in the subject line. Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
